About the Role
This role combines Human Resources with the Founder's Office. You will work closely with the founders on hiring, people operations, execution, strategic projects, and day-to-day business operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to learn how startups are built while gaining exposure across recruitment, operations, strategy, and execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical and business roles.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and campus hiring.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage offer letters, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain HR records and employee databases.
- Track attendance, leave management, and HR policies.
- Organize employee engagement activities and team events.
- Assist in performance review and appraisal processes.
- Support learning and development initiatives.
Founder's Office
- Work directly with the founders on strategic and operational projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional tasks across product, sales, marketing, and operations.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and business documents.
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research.
- Track key business metrics and follow up on action items.
- Manage calendars, meetings, and important communications.
- Coordinate with investors, partners, and external stakeholders when required.
- Improve internal processes and operational efficiency.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Take ownership of high-priority initiatives from planning to execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, Operations, Recruitment, or Founder's Office roles (fresh graduates with exceptional internships may also apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High ownership and execution mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and job portals.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a startup.
- Knowledge of HRMS tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience coordinating with multiple teams simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of business operations and startup ecosystems.
- Familiarity with AI or SaaS businesses is a plus.
