Job Summary :
We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate CMA Foundation Faculty to train and mentor students preparing for the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) CMA Foundation Examination. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts while motivating students to achieve academic success.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom and online lectures for CMA Foundation students.
- Teach subjects as per the ICMAI CMA Foundation syllabus.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, notes, assignments, and mock tests.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluate student performance.
- Clarify students' doubts and provide individual academic guidance.
- Keep track of syllabus completion and ensure timely revisions.
- Stay updated with the latest CMA Foundation syllabus and examination pattern.
- Encourage students through mentoring and exam preparation strategies.
- Coordinate with the academic team to improve teaching quality and student outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- CMA (Qualified/Inter) or CA/CS/M.Com/MBA (Finance) with strong knowledge of CMA Foundation subjects.
- Prior teaching experience in CMA Foundation, CA Foundation, or Commerce-related subjects is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong classroom management and student engagement abilities.
- Proficiency in both English and Telugu is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Strong conceptual and analytical teaching approach.
- Ability to explain accounting and business concepts clearly.
- Good interpersonal and mentoring skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and online teaching platforms.
- Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
Experience
- Freshers with excellent subject knowledge may apply.
