Job Description:
We are looking for a smart, confident, and target-oriented Telecounselor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling students/guardians, explaining our courses, and converting leads into admissions.
Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with provided leads
- Explain course details, fees structure & offers
- Counsel students regarding career opportunities
- Maintain proper follow-up records
- Achieve monthly admission targets
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Bengali, Hindi & Basic English)
- Minimum HS Pass / Graduate preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience in education sector preferred (Freshers can apply)
