Job Title: Officer – Supply Chain Management (SCM)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Officer – SCM to support our supply chain operations. The candidate will be responsible for ERP activities, finished goods (FG) store management, dispatch coordination, inventory control, and FIFO compliance. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of ERP systems, warehouse operations, and inventory management.
- Manage ERP activities, including system postings and data updates.
- Prepare customer invoices and billing through the ERP system.
- Create and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Create new item codes and update master data in the ERP system.
- Monitor and verify system stock to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Manage finished goods (FG) storage and maintain proper stock records.
- Coordinate dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Plan and monitor inventory levels to avoid stock shortages or excess inventory.
- Follow the FIFO (First In, First Out) method for material storage and dispatch.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare inventory and dispatch reports.
- Follow company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP software).
- Experience in ERP postings, billing, and BOM preparation.
- Knowledge of finished goods (FG) store management.
- Understanding of dispatch planning and coordination.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles.
- Experience in FIFO-based inventory control.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
