Position Summary
The Centre Manager will be responsible for the overall business performance, operational excellence, and client satisfaction of the centre. This is a leadership role that blends business development, team management, and operational execution, ensuring the centre functions as a profitable and high-performing unit.
The ideal candidate should have a proven background in healthcare or wellness centre management, with strong skills in business development, inside sales, and partnership development and management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Growth & Revenue Management
- Take full ownership of the centres P&L and ensure profitability targets are met.
- Develop and implement strategies for business development, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Build and manage B2B and B2C partnerships with hospitals, corporates, and wellness networks.
- Oversee inside sales operations, from lead nurturing to conversion, ensuring revenue targets are consistently achieved.
- Collaborate with the corporate team to plan and execute monthly and quarterly business targets.
2. Marketing & Brand Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to design and execute local promotional campaigns and events.
- Identify opportunities for community engagement and collaborations that enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Track and report the performance of marketing initiatives and ROI from campaigns.
3. Team Leadership & Training
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a multidisciplinary team, including consultants, therapists, and support staff.
- Conduct regular training and performance reviews to ensure the team delivers consistent service excellence.
- Build a culture of accountability, learning, and collaboration within the centre.
4. Operations & Client Experience
- Oversee the smooth running of all day-to-day centre operations, including infrastructure, hygiene, and service quality.
- Ensure all client touchpoints reflect Healthwin’s premium standards in customer care and experience.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction and retention rates.
5. Financial & Reporting
- Manage centre budgets, forecasts, and expense control.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports including sales, revenue, expenses, and key business metrics.
- Use data insights to improve business performance and optimize operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a healthcare, fitness, or wellness centre, with a proven track record in business development and team management.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM tools, and marketing collaborations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and financial management abilities.
- Passion for women’s wellness, healthcare, and community-driven impact.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in profit centre management or P&L ownership.
- Strong network within healthcare and wellness sectors.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
