Requirements:
- Should be having 2 years experience as a store manager/ department manager in a department/multi-brand store
- Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager & Customer management skills
- UG / PG – ANY specialization
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for entire showroom operations and its efficiency.
- Achieve the showroom sales and operating expenses targets while maintaining focus on the quality of customer service in showrooms.
- Motivate employees for stretch targets through team building and two-way communication.
- Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales.
- Touring the sales floor regularly, identifying or resolving the urgent issue
- Look after Store Display/Store Merchandising and ensure the stock availability to avoid stock-outs.
- Implement HR practices and maintain shop floor discipline.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
