Crimson International is a young, dynamic pharmaceutical marketing and sourcing company. We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven sourcing & purchase specialist to manage vendor development and procurement for our expanding formulations & API divisions. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing pharmaceutical ingredients, managing supplier communications, and executing flawless pre- and post-shipment logistics.
## Key Responsibilities
* Supplier Development: Research, identify, and develop new raw material and formulation suppliers based on specific inquiries from overseas buyers.
* Vendor Management: Maintain daily communication with industry vendors regarding pricing, quotations, and contract terms.
* Logistics Coordination: Actively coordinate with domestic suppliers and international logistics partners to organize timely shipments.
* Documentation Management: Independently manage complete pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation and track post-shipment follow-ups.
* Data Control: Compile vital market information, process pricing data, and maintain daily Management Information Systems (MIS) reports.
## Candidate Profile & Requirements
* Education: B. Pharm or an equivalent diploma in the pharmaceutical field is mandatory.
* Language: Professional fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Knowledge of additional foreign or regional languages is highly preferred).
* Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet surfing, and professional email correspondence.
* Soft Skills: Outstanding communication skills, strong memory retention, multitasking capabilities, and a collaborative team attitude.
* Experience: Prior experience in pharmaceutical purchasing or sourcing is preferred. Competent freshers with strong technical knowledge will be considered.
* Age Bracket: 20–25 years.
