Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, engage with potential clients, and generate leads. The candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to build strong client relationships over calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain company services
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
- Follow up with interested candidates/clients through calls and WhatsApp
- Maintain daily call records and update CRM/database
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales or counseling team
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal teams
- Build positive client relationships and maintain professional communication
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills
- Ability to handle client objections professionally
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
Preferred
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or lead generation preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
