We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher who loves working with young children and is committed to growing with our school for the long term. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences aligned with the curriculum.
- Create a safe, caring, and positive classroom environment.
- Maintain classroom discipline through positive guidance and encouragement.
- Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of every child at all times.
- Conduct circle time, storytelling, phonics, numeracy, sensory, and activity-based learning sessions.
- Observe and assess children's developmental progress and maintain records.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's learning and development.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, workshops, and training programs.
- Prepare classroom displays and learning materials.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff.
- Follow all school policies, SOPs, and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Ed., D.Ed., ECCEd., Montessori Training, or equivalent preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in preschool or kindergarten teaching.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and a passion for teaching may also apply.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic computer skills.
