Job Title - Admission Counsellor - Vibgyor Kharghar
Job Summary
The Admission Counsellor is responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing accurate information about courses and programs, and supporting applicants from initial inquiry to enrollment. The role involves counseling students, achieving admission targets, maintaining applicant records, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents about courses, eligibility, admissions, fees, and career opportunities.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Guide applicants through the admission and enrollment process.
- Follow up with prospective students to encourage application completion and enrollment.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and admissions in the CRM or student management system.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Conduct campus tours, webinars, and admission events as required.
- Meet monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Keep up to date with course offerings, admission policies, and institutional guidelines.
- Prepare reports on inquiries, conversions, and admissions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree is an advantage).
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, education, sales, or customer service (freshers may be considered for entry-level roles).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and counseling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Working Conditions
- Full-time position.
- May require working on weekends during peak admission seasons.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
