- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, and payments accurately.
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and purchase orders.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and expense reports.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings.
- Coordinate with the CA/auditors for audits and tax-related matters.
- Maintain payroll records and employee reimbursement documentation.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial documents.
- Support management with budgeting and financial analysis.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Tally, Busy, or Zoho Books (preferred).
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Advanced MS Excel and spreadsheet skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
