Responsibilities
Teach English language and literature to high school students.
Prepare lesson plans, notes, worksheets, and classroom activities.
Improve students’ grammar, vocabulary, writing, and spoken English skills.
Conduct tests, assignments, and examinations.
Encourage student participation in debates, speeches, and reading activities.
Maintain classroom discipline and positive learning environment.
Monitor student progress and provide guidance for improvement.
Participate in school events, meetings, and parent interactions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with English subject.
B.Ed qualification preferred.
Strong spoken and written English skills.
Good classroom management and communication skills.
