Key Responsibilities
Handle qualified inbound and outbound sales calls.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Guide prospects through the sales process and address objections effectively.
Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
Close deals consistently and achieve monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with team members to improve sales performance and customer experience.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably high-ticket sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Experience in coaching, consulting, education, or service-based industries is preferred.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed salary: ₹20,000–25,000 per month.
Attractive commission structure (3–5% per sale).
Performance bonuses:
₹15,000 bonus on ₹5 lakh sales.
₹50,000 bonus on ₹10 lakh sales.
