The Accountant will be responsible for:
- Maintaining day-to-day accounts and financial records.
- Recording income, expenses, purchases, payments, and receipts.
- Preparing and maintaining invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
- Managing vendor, supplier, contractor, and client payment records.
- Handling petty cash and maintaining proper cash records.
- Preparing bank reconciliation statements.
- Assisting with GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliance work.
- Maintaining purchase bills, sales invoices, and expense records.
- Tracking project-wise expenses and construction-related costs.
- Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and internal team members for billing and payment follow-ups.
- Preparing basic financial reports as required by management.
- Supporting the management during audits and financial reviews.
- Ensuring all accounting documents are properly filed and organized.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience in accounting is preferred.
- Experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and accounting practices.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and basic accounting software.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Pay: ₹14,000.18 - ₹24,001.21 per month
