A. Manpower Planning & Recruitment*
* Plan and ensure availability of manpower for factory, site, and office operations.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment process for required positions.
* Monitor absenteeism and ensure timely replacement planning for uninterrupted operations.
* Allocate manpower based on project and production requirements in coordination with department heads.
*B. Workforce Management & HR Operations*
* Oversee employee discipline, conduct, and overall workforce management.
* Handle employee grievances and ensure proper resolution.
* Monitor performance and workplace coordination.
* Supervise HR activities including attendance, onboarding, and employee documentation.
*C. Attendance, Payroll & Salary Administration*
* Manage attendance systems (factory, site, and security).
* Handle on-duty approvals and workforce tracking.
* Prepare salary sheets and manage payroll processing.
* Oversee salary disbursement, bonus calculations, and reimbursements.
*D. Statutory Compliance & Documentation*
* Ensure compliance with:
* Factories Act
* ESIC
* EPFO
* Labour laws and statutory registers
* Maintain and update all statutory forms (Form 1, Form 2, Form 14, etc.).
* Ensure all compliance documents are audit-ready at all times.
*E. Audit & Inspection Readiness*
* Maintain HR and statutory documentation for internal and external audits.
* Coordinate during labour inspections and statutory verifications.
* Review documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.
*F. Records & Data Management*
* Maintain muster rolls and online attendance records.
* Manage employee joining documentation and records.
* Maintain manpower database (factory and prefab/site operations).
* Develop and maintain HR reporting and tracking systems.
*G. Site & Workforce Coordination*
* Manage site manpower deployment and coordination.
* Prepare job sheets and track workforce productivity.
* Ensure HR support for project execution and site operations.
*H. Administrative & Operational Support*
* Handle administrative responsibilities including ticket bookings for staff and site teams.
* Manage operational payments and coordination (e.g., security bills, vendor-related expenses).
* Coordinate safety compliance activities such as fire cylinder refilling.
*I. Site Expense & Cost Management*
* Maintain records of site-wise expenses and expenditures.
* Prepare expense statements based on manpower cost and operational requirements.
* Ensure proper documentation for verification and reporting.
*J. Process Development & Coordination*
* Develop and improve HR systems, processes, and reporting mechanisms.
* Ensure coordination between HR, Administration, and Accounts departments.
* Maintain transparency and efficiency in HR and administrative operations.
