Position: Tally Trainer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tally Trainer to conduct training sessions for students. The trainer should have strong practical knowledge of Tally Prime, accounting principles, GST, and financial management, along with the ability to deliver engaging classroom sessions.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Tally training sessions as per the prescribed curriculum.
Train students on Tally Prime, accounting concepts, and financial transactions.
Conduct practical sessions, assignments, and assessments.
Guide students in creating and managing company accounts in Tally.
Provide hands-on training on GST, inventory management, payroll, and taxation features.
Track student progress and provide regular feedback.
Maintain attendance records and submit session reports.
Coordinate with the college and training coordinator regarding schedules and training activities.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Tally Prime.
Strong understanding of:
Accounting Fundamentals
Bookkeeping
Financial Statements
GST (Goods and Services Tax)
Inventory Management
Payroll Management
Banking and Reconciliation
Knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Tally Certification preferred.
Additional certifications in GST or Accounting will be an advantage.
Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Tally training, accounting, or finance-related roles.
Prior teaching or student training experience is preferred.
