Job Title:
Calling Executive
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to voters, supporters, volunteers, and local residents.
- Share information about the party's initiatives, public meetings, campaigns, and events.
- Gather voter feedback, suggestions, complaints, and local issues.
- Conduct surveys and opinion polls over the phone.
- Verify and update voter and contact databases.
- Invite people to rallies, public meetings, and campaign programs.
- Follow up with supporters and maintain regular communication.
- Record call outcomes accurately in CRM or Excel.
- Escalate important public concerns to the concerned team.
- Coordinate with field teams for follow-up activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of voter data and campaign information.
- Achieve daily call targets and submit daily activity reports.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in Bengali, English, Hindi
- Polite, confident, and persuasive speaking ability.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).
- Ability to handle objections and difficult conversations professionally.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure during campaign periods.
Qualification:
- Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, political campaigns, NGOs, or public relations is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Working Hours:
- 9–10 hours per day (flexible during campaign periods).
- Weekly off as per office policy.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of calls made per day.
- Successful voter interactions.
- Survey completion rate.
- Data accuracy and timely reporting.
- Event attendance confirmations generated.
- Supporter engagement and follow-up completion.
Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹800.00 per day
