We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth, acquire new clients, and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and business discussions.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable fintech products and solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client support.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans for management review.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to generate leads.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or Fintech Sales.
- Experience in Financial Services, Lending, Payments, Fintech, Banking, or SaaS sales will be preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office applications.
