Job Opening: Sr. Manager – Operations & Sales (Transportation / Warehouse / Logistics / Telecom)
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Operations & Sales with a strong background in Transportation, Warehouse Management, Logistics, and Telecom Operations.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Operations & Sales
- Prior experience with companies like Safexpress, Gati, or similar logistics organizations preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end transportation and warehouse operations
- Develop and execute sales strategies for logistics/warehouse and telecom projects
- Handle client relationships and business development
- Ensure efficient supply chain management and operational excellence
- Lead and manage operations teams across multiple locations
- Monitor cost control, delivery timelines, and service quality
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Strong experience in 3PL logistics/warehouse / transportation / telecom logistics Operations
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
- Excellent leadership, client handling, and problem-solving skills
Location: Delhi-Okhla
Salary: Upto 11 lakhs LPA
