- Lead Generation: Identifying, visiting, and onboarding new clients .
- Relationship Management: Cultivating long-term relationships with dealers, distributors, and key accounts.
- Target Achievement: Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and collecting payments.
- Market Intelligence: Monitoring competitor activity and product performance in the local market.
Typical Requirements
- Transportation: Owning a two-wheeler and possessing a valid driver’s license.
- Tech-Savvy: Using a smartphone for geo-tagged attendance, reporting, and utilizing CRM software.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and local area knowledge.
- Experience: Typically requires 0–5 years of on-ground sales experience (FMCG, telecom, banking, or B2B).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
