We are looking for a highly motivated Data Scientist with hands-on experience in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and modern AI frameworks. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions that solve real-world problems using state-of-the-art machine learning and LLM technologies.
The ideal candidate is passionate about AI, enjoys experimenting with the latest models and frameworks, and can quickly build scalable AI solutions from concept to production.
Key ResponsibilitiesAI Solution Development
- Design and develop AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build intelligent AI solutions for automation, document understanding, search, recommendation, and knowledge retrieval.
- Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Build AI workflows and intelligent agents capable of reasoning and task automation.
- Integrate LLMs into production applications using APIs and modern AI frameworks.
- Optimize prompts, model performance, and response quality.
Data Science & Machine Learning
- Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to identify patterns and insights.
- Build, train, and evaluate machine learning models where appropriate.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Design experiments and continuously improve model accuracy and performance.
Research & Innovation
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in LLMs, Generative AI, multimodal AI, and machine learning.
- Evaluate new AI models, frameworks, and research papers.
- Prototype innovative AI features and recommend best-fit technologies.
Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to build AI-first solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI systems.
- Document experiments, architectures, and implementation approaches.
Required Skills
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Solid understanding of machine learning, statistics, and data science fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or similar).
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar AI frameworks.
- Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.
- Knowledge of embeddings, vector databases (FAISS, ChromaDB, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.), and semantic search.
- Strong prompt engineering skills.
- Experience working with APIs, SQL, and data processing pipelines.
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative software development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Hugging Face, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Knowledge of AI agents, tool calling, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Experience deploying AI applications into production.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Experience working on end-to-end AI product development.
