About the job:
HR Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Conduct regular assessments of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the HR function.
- You shall also be overlooking the Admin Department and provide assistance on a timely basis.
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to facilitate smooth transitions for new hires.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop strategies for attracting top talent.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR-related matters.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive work culture.
Training and Development:
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop relevant learning programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary planning, incentive programs, and employee benefits enrollment.
- Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation practices.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on compensation-related matters.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize HR data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Generate reports and presentations for senior leadership on HR-related metrics and trends.
- Identify areas for improvement based on data analysis and make recommendations for action.
Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
