Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Tele calling
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and empathetically
- Respond to client inquiries regarding therapy sessions, consultations, workshops, and wellness programs
- Provide clear information about services, appointment procedures, and therapist availability
- Maintain a calm, supportive, and client-friendly communication style
Appointment Coordination
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments accurately
- Send reminders and follow-up messages to clients regarding sessions and programs
- Coordinate appointment timings with therapists and clients efficiently
- Maintain updated appointment records and client databases
- Client Follow-up & Relationship Management
- Conduct follow-up calls for appointments, feedback, and ongoing therapy packages
- Support client engagement and retention through timely communication
- Identify client requirements and guide them toward appropriate services or therapy packages
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and responsiveness
Administrative & Coordination Support
- Maintain records of calls, inquiries, appointments, and client interactions
- Coordinate with Clinical, Marketing, and Operations teams for smooth workflow
- Assist in workshop registrations, event communication, and client enrolment processes
- Escalate urgent concerns or client issues to the concerned team members
Payment & Service Coordination
- Support payment follow-ups and basic billing coordination
- Provide information regarding therapy packages, session fees, and payment processes
- Maintain confidentiality while handling client and payment-related information
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, client coordination, or front office roles
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language(s)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic computer proficiency including MS Office, email handling, and CRM/scheduling tools
- Ability to communicate with empathy, patience, and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, counselling centres, clinics, or service industries preferred
- Familiarity with appointment scheduling systems and client management tools
- Comfortable handling sensitive conversations with confidentiality and care
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
