Job Title: Waiter
Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and well-presented Waiter/Waitress to join our service team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain high service standards in line with our restaurant’s hospitality values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and service stations.
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses.
- Ensure bills are correct and process payments accurately.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a hotel or restaurant preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
