About the job:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide administrative and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate will act as the CEO's right hand, managing communications, coordinating meetings, following up on key initiatives, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and daily schedule.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, calls, and business events.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action items.
- Handle and prioritize emails, messages, and correspondence.
- Draft professional emails, letters, and business documents on behalf of the CEO.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
- Coordinate communication across teams and management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for executive review.
- Assist in monitoring daily business operations and ongoing projects.
- Track important deadlines and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Maintain records, documents, and executive files.
- Support the CEO in planning, organizing, and implementing strategic initiatives.
- Handle administrative duties and special projects as assigned.

Pay: From ₹256,000.00 per year
