Identify and finalize suitable land parcels for solar/BESS projects.
Coordinate with landowners, brokers, and local stakeholders for land leasing/purchase.
Verify land documents including 7/12, mutation, title, and ownership records.
Liaise with revenue authorities, tehsildar offices, forest departments, and government agencies.
Support statutory approvals including NA conversion, forest NOC, ROW, and related permissions.
Coordinate site surveys, demarcation, contour survey, and feasibility activities.
Handle local issues, land disputes, and stakeholder relationship management.
Maintain project-wise land acquisition tracker, approvals, and documentation records.
Ensure timely land handover to project execution and EPC teams.
Required Skills
- Experience in liaisoning for Solar / EPC / Renewable Energy projects.
- Knowledge of solar project approval procedures and government regulations.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and documentation work.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in Solar Industry is mandatory.
- Candidate should have good network and coordination experience with government authorities and DISCOMs.
- Willingness to travel for official and project-related work.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
