About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, pre-sales activities, business development, and client relationship management within the IT Services domain.
The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
- Manage complete sales cycles from lead generation to closure.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pitches for clients.
Client Management
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
Pre-Sales Activities
- Support proposal creation and solution discussions.
- Coordinate with technical teams for requirement gathering.
- Participate in presentations and client discussions.
Required Skills & QualificationsMandatory Requirements
✔ 2–4 years of experience in Sales / Pre-Sales
