Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and supporting sales activities through effective telecalling and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned sales and calling targets.
- Address customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
Requirements
- BBA or MBA qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tele calling, tele sales, or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.
