Job Description
Oxion Builders is looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in daily operations and recruitment activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and interview coordination
- Screen resumes and schedule candidates
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support attendance and payroll-related tasks
- Perform general HR and administrative duties
Requirements:
- MBA/BBA or graduate (HR preferred)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Immediate joiners are preferred
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
