Job title: Telesales Executive

Salary: ₹2 – ₹3 LPA + Attractive Incentives Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year (Telesales Experience Preferred)
Job responsibilities: Make outbound and handle inbound sales calls. Explain insurance products and services to customers. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain customer records and update CRM systems. Build strong customer relationships and resolve queries effectively. Ensure compliance with insurance sales guidelines and company policies.
Required skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes. Insurance industry experience is an added advantage.
