· Roles & Responsibilities –
§ CNC/VMC programming, setup, and tooling knowledge
§ Basic knowledge of Turning, Milling, and Grinding machines
§ Ensure smooth machine operations and production flow
§ Strong manpower handling, supervision, and problem-solving skills
§ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
§ Production Planning & Control (PPC): WIP tracking, raw material and manpower planning
§ Prepare and monitor production schedules and resources
§ Handle machine breakdowns and maintain maintenance records
§ Drive process improvements for productivity and quality
§ Monitor production output to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets
§ Communicate delays and support timely corrective actions
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
