Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, financial transactions, statutory compliance, taxation, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
- Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
- Monitor customer outstanding payments and vendor balances.
- Prepare and maintain ageing reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliance activities.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns and TDS returns.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary financial documents.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and other financial statements.
- Coordinate with HR for payroll accounting and salary-related entries.
- Verify PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other statutory deductions.
- Maintain accounting records in ERP/accounting software.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, audit, and financial analysis activities.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Finance.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP accounting software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering company will be preferred.
- Ability to independently manage accounting operations.
- Good knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliations.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Accuracy and timely completion of accounting transactions.
- Timely GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Timely preparation of MIS reports.
- Accurate bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
- Effective management of receivables and payables.
- Audit readiness and proper maintenance of financial records.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹560,000.00 per year
