- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to generate leads.
- Manage and guide the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Generate leads through digital marketing, field marketing, referrals, and other channels.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and investment benefits to customers.
- Coordinate and conduct customer site visits.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Monitor sales performance, lead status, and conversion rates.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and customer segments.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and marketing reports.
- Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth sales operations.
- Train and motivate team members to improve sales performance.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
