Job Description:
We are looking for a creative, technically skilled Multimedia Content & Social Media Executive to manage the end-to-end process of video content creation, from recording and editing to live streaming and publishing across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record basic video content, lectures, events, interviews, and promotional materials.
- Edit videos using professional video-editing software.
- Prepare videos for YouTube and other social media platforms.
- Manage and execute live streaming of events, classes, webinars, and programs.
- Upload, schedule, and publish content on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging thumbnails, titles, descriptions, captions, and basic promotional graphics.
- Ensure videos are optimised for different platforms and formats, including Shorts, Reels, and vertical videos.
- Maintain an organised library of recorded video and digital content.
- Monitor basic engagement and performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated with emerging trends, content formats, AI-enabled creative tools, and social media practices.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic to advanced knowledge of video recording and editing
- Professional knowledge and experience in YouTube Channel Management
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects or equivalent software
- Understanding of YouTube and social media content requirements
- Knowledge of live-streaming tools and basic audio/video equipment
- Basic graphic design skills using Photoshop/Illustrator
- Familiarity with AI-powered content creation and editing tools
- Good communication, creativity, and time-management skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
