Job Summary
The Teacher Facilitator will play a vital role in supporting students enrolled in international online learning programs. This position focuses on grading assignments, providing personalized academic feedback, monitoring student progress, and maintaining meaningful engagement to help students achieve their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Student Support & Communication
- Respond to student queries within 24 business hours.
- Build positive and professional relationships with students through timely communication.
- Send personalized welcome messages to newly assigned students.
- Conduct weekly progress check-ins to encourage course completion.
- Maintain accurate records of all student interactions.
Assignment Evaluation
- Grade assignments within 24 hours of submission.
- Provide detailed, constructive, and individualized academic feedback.
- Ensure grading consistency while adhering to established academic standards and rubrics.
- Support student learning through actionable feedback and guidance.
Student Progress Monitoring
- Monitor learner performance through the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Identify students who are falling behind academically.
- Implement appropriate intervention strategies to improve student outcomes.
- Escalate academic concerns and high-risk cases to the Academic Manager when necessary.
Student Engagement
- Encourage active participation and consistent learning habits.
- Motivate students through positive reinforcement and regular communication.
- Guide students in overcoming academic challenges.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive virtual learning environment.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
- Attend regular team meetings, training sessions, and coaching programs.
- Follow organizational policies related to confidentiality, academic integrity, and compliance.
- Complete assigned administrative tasks within defined timelines.
Educational Qualification
- Master's Degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
- Specialization in Algebra, Calculus, Statistics, or other higher mathematics disciplines.
- Teaching certification or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of teaching, tutoring, grading, or academic support experience.
- Experience teaching or supporting international students is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in online teaching or virtual learning environments will be an added advantage.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
