Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential companies, decision-makers, and business opportunities aligned with our conferences and events.
Generate qualified leads through online research, databases, LinkedIn, and other lead generation platforms.
Reach out to prospective clients through cold calling, emails, and professional networking.
Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments between prospective clients and the sales team.
Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems and internal databases.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with potential clients.
Meet daily and monthly activity targets related to lead generation and meeting setup.

Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience in lead generation, pre-sales, inside sales, business development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
Good research and analytical skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and interacting with international clients.
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, AI tools and internet research tools.
Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn.
