Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Immigration Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, generating leads, and guiding clients regarding immigration services and visa processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally
* Explain immigration and visa services to clients
* Generate and follow up on leads
* Maintain client database and daily reports
* Convince prospective clients and schedule appointments
* Achieve daily and monthly targets
* Provide excellent customer support
Requirements
* Good communication skills in English & Hindi
* Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
* Freshers and experienced both can apply
* Basic computer knowledge required
