Key Responsibilities:
Assist in designing and deploying basic machine vision systems using industrial cameras, lenses, and lighting.
Develop and test rule-based and AI-based image analysis algorithms under guidance.
Support training, validation, and fine-tuning of deep learning models using TensorFlow / PyTorch.
Implement image processing workflows using Python and OpenCV.
Work on integrating vision solutions with Raspberry Pi or other edge/embedded platforms.
Collaborate with automation and controls teams during system testing, installation, and on-site deployment.
Participate in debugging, documentation, and performance optimization of vision applications.
Requirements:
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Machine Vision / Computer Vision (internships or academic projects count).
Good understanding of Python programming and basic OpenCV concepts.
Fundamental knowledge of machine vision components such as cameras, lenses, and lighting.
Basic understanding of rule-based vision logic and deep learning model training workflows.
Familiarity with Raspberry Pi or similar embedded systems through projects or labs.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Nice to Have:
Hands-on academic or personal projects using TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Exposure to machine vision SDKs like HALCON, Cognex, or Basler (academic or demo-level experience is sufficient).
Basic understanding of industrial automation, robotics, or factory systems.
Strong willingness to learn, experiment, and work on real-world industrial problems.
