Position: Campaign Manager – Outreach
Experience: 3 to 7 Years
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Campaign Manager – Outreach to plan, execute, and optimize outreach campaigns focused on lead generation and business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing email, LinkedIn, and other outbound campaigns to engage prospects and generate qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute outreach campaigns for lead generation.
- Identify and target potential prospects based on business requirements.
- Manage outbound communication through email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
- Create and optimize campaign messaging and sequences.
- Track campaign performance, analyze results, and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain lead and campaign data in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor key metrics such as open rates, response rates, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.
Required Skills:
- Experience in outreach campaigns and lead generation.
- Strong understanding of email and LinkedIn outreach strategies.
- Experience with CRM and campaign management tools.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Candidate Background:
Any candidate who has hands-on experience executing outreach campaigns for lead generation, prospect engagement, and pipeline creation can be considered relevant for this role.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
