About the Role
Maven Group Global is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and expand our customer base in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a passion for sales and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Market Research
* Identify and research potential B2B and B2C clients across Hyderabad.
* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and market research.
* Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with prospective customers.
* Present and promote company products and services to potential clients.
2. Sales & Client Acquisition
* Conduct field visits and client meetings to understand customer requirements.
* Deliver effective product presentations and demonstrations.
* Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
* Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
3. Relationship Management
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
* Ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales support.
* Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.

Eligibility Criteria
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu/Hindi.
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
* Comfortable with field sales and local travel within Hyderabad.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to build a career in sales.
