What You'll Do
- Brainstorm visual concepts based on a client brief
- Create engaging social-media creatives for brand launches
- Design target-audience-focused and promotional/CTA-based posts
- Follow the client's brand guidelines, colours and visual identity
- Make basic revisions based on feedback
- Deliver final creatives within agreed timelines
Educational Qualification
- Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia or a related field preferred
- Relevant certification or equivalent practical experience will also be considered
Skills & Requirements
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour and visual hierarchy
- Good creative and conceptual thinking
- Experience creating Instagram/social-media creatives
- Ability to turn a brief into an effective visual concept
- Basic understanding of branding and target audiences
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Practical Assessment
Shortlisted candidates may be given a brief-based practical design task.
