Job Summary
MT Engineering Services is hiring Freshers, Solar Technicians, 10th Pass, and ITI candidates for solar power plant installation and maintenance projects. Candidates who are willing to travel and work at project sites are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in the solar industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Install solar PV modules and mounting structures.
- Assist in DC and AC cable laying and termination.
- Install string inverters, ACDB, DCDB, and earthing systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and module cleaning.
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow all site safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Support testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the work site.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / ITI (Electrician, Wireman, Fitter, or related trade).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experienced Solar Technicians will be given preference.
- Basic knowledge of electrical work is an added advantage.
- Physically fit and willing to work at outdoor project sites.
- Willing to travel for projects across India.
