Key Responsibilities
· Identify and develop new enterprise, government, PSU, BFSI, education, healthcare, manufacturing, and mid-market opportunities.
· Generate qualified leads through partners, system integrators, OEM relationships, customer references, events, cold outreach, and account mining.
· Sell Stackup’s HCI, virtualization, DR, and infrastructure modernization solutions.
· Understand customer requirements around compute, storage, virtualization, backup, DR, high availability, data-center consolidation, and infrastructure refresh.
· Work closely with pre-sales to prepare solution documents, BOMs, proposals, compliance responses, demos, and POCs.
· Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to discovery, solution positioning, commercial discussion, negotiation, closure, and handover.
· Build and maintain relationships with CIOs, IT Heads, Infrastructure Heads, Data Center Managers, procurement teams, consultants, and SI partners.
· Track tenders, RFPs, corrigendum opportunities, partner-led deals, and renewal opportunities.
· Maintain CRM discipline with updated leads, pipeline stage, deal value, next action, probability, and expected closure date.
· Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, technical clarifications, compliance responses, delivery timelines, and customer commitments.
· Build territory-wise market intelligence on competitors, partner activity, pricing trends, and customer infrastructure refresh cycles.
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and pipeline targets.
Required Experience
· 4–8 years of B2B sales / business development experience in IT infrastructure, data center, server, storage, virtualization, cloud, backup, or managed infrastructure solutions.
· Prior exposure to any of the following is strongly preferred:
o Servers: Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Cisco, Supermicro or equivalent
o Storage: Dell EMC, NetApp, HPE, Hitachi, IBM, Ceph-based SDS or equivalent
o Virtualization / HCI: VMware, Nutanix, Hyper-V, KVM, OpenStack or equivalent
o Data center / private cloud / infrastructure modernization solutions
Pay: ₹42,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
