The Role
Desk-based customer follow-up and order coordination. You will manage reorder calls with our existing customer base, log outcomes, and coordinate internally with the sales team. This role starts with reorder management. Strong performers move into full account ownership within 6–12 months.
What You'll Do
- Call 15–20 existing customers daily, follow up on WhatsApp
- Log every call outcome and maintain updated records
- Coordinate confirmed orders with the internal sales team
- Escalate technical and pricing queries — don't guess
- Send daily call summary to management
What We Need
- Graduate, any stream
- 2–3 years in tele-sales or sales coordination — no freshers
- B2B or manufacturing sales background preferred
- Fluent Hindi · Basic English · Excel / WhatsApp comfortable
- Disciplined, consistent, and honest on calls
