Video Editor (Instagram Reels & AI Content)
We are looking for a creative Video Editor who understands viral Instagram-style content and can edit engaging videos across different niches.
Responsibilities
- Edit 1 video per day initially (workload may increase over time).
- Create videos based on what is currently performing well in specific niches.
- Edit location/travel-style videos with strong storytelling elements such as hooks, intros, pacing, transitions, captions, and retention-focused edits.
- Create AI-powered content, including AI voiceovers and AI-generated videos.
- Stay updated with current Instagram and short-form content trends.
Requirements
- Strong video editing skills and understanding of viral short-form content.
- Good sense of cinematography, storytelling, and audience retention.
- Experience with tools such as CapCut, Instagram Edits, and similar editing software.
- Familiarity with AI tools like ElevenLabs, Google Flow, and other AI video creation platforms.
- Can work comfortably on either mobile or laptop/PC.
Compensation
- Starting salary: ₹5,000/month.
- If performance is good and we work together long-term, the role will include performance-based commissions/revenue cuts, which can potentially exceed the fixed salary.
Hiring Process

- 2–3 of your best edited videos (only your own work).
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.
- During the interview, there will be a dedicated 30-minute live editing test where you will edit a video in real time.
