Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Implement and monitor SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO.
- Manage social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other marketing tools.
- Monitor campaign KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and website traffic.
- Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and video editors to execute marketing campaigns.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels for better lead generation.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
- Ensure all campaigns meet deadlines and achieve performance targets.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Knowledge of keyword research tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest.
- Experience in social media marketing and content strategy.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress and website management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking with a data-driven approach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are preferred.
- Proven experience in managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
