About the Role
We are seeking a driven and result-oriented candidate with a UPSC preparation background to join our admissions team. This is a completely office-based tele-calling role focused on converting leads into enrollments for Civil Services preparation programs.
The role requires consistent follow-ups, persuasive communication, and the ability to guide aspirants toward the right course selection.
Key Responsibilities
- Call prospective students from company provided leads
- Explain course offerings, batches, fees, and preparation approach
- Counsel students based on their goals and preparation level
- Handle objections and build trust with aspirants
- Follow up consistently to convert inquiries into admissions
- Achieve daily and monthly enrollment targets
- Maintain accurate call records and CRM updates
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing
Mandatory Requirements
- Good understanding of UPSC exam patterns and preparation strategies
- UPSC aspirants preferred or experience of working as admission counsellor before.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English both
- Comfortable working in a target-driven tele-sales environment
- Own laptop required
- Willing to work from office in Bhopal

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
