Job Responsibilities – Supervisor (LED Products Manufacturing)
- Supervise daily production and shop floor operations.
- Monitor workers' attendance, discipline, and productivity.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the scheduled time.
- Maintain quality standards and inspect finished products.
- Coordinate with the Production Manager to ensure smooth workflow.
- Train and guide workers on standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Maintain daily production and attendance reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Identify production issues and resolve them promptly.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control and Maintenance teams.
- Monitor inventory of raw materials and report shortages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area (5S).
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
- Communicate daily production updates to management.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to handle production teams and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of quality control and manufacturing processes.
- Good organizational and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
