Job Description : Customer Welcome/Guest Relation Executive is the first point of contact in our jewellery showroom, responsible for setting a welcoming tone, providing exceptional service, and guiding customers to the appropriate sections. This role combines hospitality with basic retail sales support to ensure a high-end customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming: Greet customers immediately upon arrival with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Customer Guidance: Understand customer needs and direct them to specific departments (gold, diamond, repairs) or sales personnel.
- Service & Hospitality: Offer beverages and ensure comfort while waiting for a sales executive.
- Information Sharing: Provide basic information about the store’s collection, ongoing promotions, and loyalty programs.
- After-Sales Support: Assist with queries, repair requests, and cleaning services.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the entrance and welcoming area are clean, organized, and inviting.
- CRM Support: Register new customers and update existing customer profiles and purchase histories.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of any stream is often preferred.
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in retail sales, luxury retail, or customer service/hospitality, ideally in the jewellery sector.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Appearance: A professional, well-groomed appearance.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
