Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction & Support
- Greet walk-in customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist customers with inquiries related to Shop & Ship services, pricing, timelines, and processes
- Guide customers on how to place orders, consolidate shipments, and track packages
Order Coordination & Tracking
- Register customer requests and shipment details in the system
- Coordinate with packing, warehouse, and logistics teams regarding order status
- Provide timely updates to customers on order progress, dispatch, and delivery
- Escalate issues or delays to the operations team when required
Documentation & Data Entry
- Assist in collecting and verifying customer KYC documents as per company policy
- Prepare basic shipment-related documentation such as order summaries and service requests
- Maintain accurate customer records and shipment logs
- Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company guidelines

Front Desk & Office Management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Manage visitor registers, courier handovers, and daily call logs
- Support basic administrative tasks as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or 12th pass (depending on experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in front desk, customer service, or operations support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM/order systems)
- Ability to multitask and handle customer queries professionally
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling WhatsApp or online customer support channels
Working Conditions
- Office-based role with regular customer interaction
- May require flexibility during peak shipment periods

Note : We are preferring candidates who are located in & around Velachery, Chennai for ease commute.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
